Casale San Pietro, Vic. Le Loiso Santa Giusta Anagni, San Filippo, Frosinone Lazio - Italy

More Info

Casale San Pietro is a lovingly renovated 300-hundred-year old stone farmhouse set in eight acres of olive groves right in the heart of the Lazio, only a 50-minute transfer from Rome.  The property is surrounded by an abundance of beautiful flowers, herbs and water fountains, they also produce their own olive oil and eggs etc, as an agrotourismo the land and animals are a key part of the Casale experience, which we’ll enjoy too, I have feeling we may not want to return home!

Take a look at what’s in store:

Thursday 15th June

Afternoon check-in and enjoy a welcome tipple and light lunch.

Unpack, take a deep breath, let your shoulders drop and take a stroll around the beautiful gardens, or enjoy a dip in the gorgeous pool, to help you ease into things.  Treatments are also available this afternoon thanks to Serena the in-house therapist at the Casale, using beautiful Neom products.

Early evening we'll enjoy our first yoga class, led by Louise Edwards a 'Dru Yoga' teacher.   Lou will guide us through a restorative yoga session to help us to release and stretch aching muscles and bring us to a place of inner stillness, to ease us gently into this retreat.

Post-yoga G&T followed by Supper on the Long Terrace.

Friday 16th June

Rejuvenating morning yoga session (not too early, remember this is a relaxing retreat)

Slow breakfast and mini positive wellness discussion (Part 1)

Time to roll up our sleeves and don our aprons for a traditional pasta-making workshop, which we'll then enjoy eating of course. This is always a fun shared experience.

Afternoon at your leisure to swim; read the next chapter of your book/journal; head out for a stroll, or simply stretch out on the sunbed and sleep.

Supper at the Casale.

Saturday 17th June

Breakfast followed by transfers to Rome for a guided tour of all the main sights of Rome thanks to Joe, who will share delightful surprises with us that most tourists would not see, to gain a real feel of this amazing city.  Lunch out at our own cost.

Mini-wellness session (Part 2) back at the Casale

Enjoy a short sunset meditation, followed by 'Dru Yoga' featuring posture work, to reconnect with the earth and ground our energy systems, before moving into solar relaxation.

Supper on the Long Terrace followed by a Cocoa Ceremony.

Sunday 18th June

Final reflective yoga session followed by a slow relaxed breakfast.

Enjoy a last dip in the pool, finish that last chapter and think about some adjustments you can potentially make to life as you know it back home, hopefully returning feeling a little more relaxed, nourished and rejuvenated.

Check-out, light lunch and transfers back to the airport.

What’s Included:
