I'm super excited to be collaborating on this cooking class with Nidhi Verma, Chef, Entrepreneur, founder of Meri Rasoi cooking school and co-founder of The Cookaway brand. I attended Nidhi's authentic Indian food cooking class last year, and it was great fun, informative and delicious - honestly, the best butter chicken I have ever eaten. This event is open to everyone over 18 and would be part hands-on and part demo-ing, learning about the joys of cooking the ‘thali way’. Nidhhi will share her tips and tricks along with the key ingredients she uses to make her recipes so delicious. This event will be held in Nidhi's private home kitchen in South West London only a short walk from Raynes Park Station - exact location will be confirmed on booking.
