Beekeeping Experience & Honey Gin Tasting - Date Tbc

This will be a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning - starting with a 2-hour practical beekeeping experience followed by a honey-ed gin tasting thanks to Sam Robinson, co-founder of the Raw Honey Distillery, very apt for this session and trust me when I say it's delicious, along with some suitably honey themed light bites.

What to Expect:

Welcome drink; Introductory talk on the history of beekeeping and learning all there is to know about the honeybee, followed by getting suited and booted for a practical hands-on beekeeping session, where we will open up a live beehive, have the chance to hold a frame of bees and look for the Queen bee.  This will be followed by a short gin talk and tasting, with light bites.
