I'm delighted to be collaborating with Malin+Goetz again, this time we'll be in Seven Dials, London for an evening of self-care, facial reflexology with Caroline Beswick, Founder of Restore Rebalance, plus, fun, drinks and treats. A lovely spring boost for our skin and our overall wellbeing.

If you don't know about 'facial reflexology' this is a great place to start - as we move into Spring, learning how to do reflexology on ourselves, with the added bonus of high-quality skin care products, can help to rebalance and revitalise our skin. Anything that is simple to do and can be done ourselves at home has got to be a winner, hasn't it? Thanks in advance to Caroline from @caroline.rebalance for sharing her knowledge with us - I will also be offering a delicious cocktail on the night, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and some treats. Due to the location of this event, why not head out for dinner with a friend/partner afterwards? Make a night of it, well, why not indeed. It would be lovely to see you there.
