September Newsletter

'Thirty days hath September'... can it really be the last day of September already?!  I don't know about you, but I feel like I've hurtled headfirst on a tea tray with my yoga pants on back to front (true and easily done) through September and there isn't even any ice in sight just yet anyway!

Needless to say, it has been a busy one - in addition to my kids starting their new academic years in a relatively seamless fashion, the highlight for me has been the success of my first 'Gin & Yin Retreat' which took place in the tranquil mountains of Marbella - It was everything I'd hoped it would be and more - surrounded by a lovely warm and friendly group of ladies the retreat was  relaxing; immersive; inspiring; healthy; fun; engaging; nurturing and replenishing - investing in ourselves on a long weekend away enabled us to return to life as we know it, feeling a little calmer; rejuvenated and recharged.  To see what we got up to while we were there, have a look at the photos from this retreat on my 'Gin & Yin' Facebook page -

If you missed out on Marbella, but like the idea of joining me on a restorative journey for your mind; body and spirit (it is India after all), it would be wonderful if you can join me on my next adventure to Bamboo Yoga Retreat, Goa in January (Thurs 10th to Thurs 17th) - I can't think of a better way to start 2019.  Or if that's too far, consider joining me on my Wild-Thing Retreat to a wonderful property in Marrakech in June (27th - 29th) - read about the owner here in the New York Times no less - an incredible woman supporting Teenage Girls -

Believe me, investing in yourself is the best investment you can make - be brave, jump into the driving seat and add grab life with both hands x
