August Newsletter

Updated: Dec 6, 2018

Hellooooha and thanks for opening my August newsletter.  I've just returned from an incredible family adventure around British Columbia, in the month of  'Fogust' (so called by the locals.. hmm).  Despite the fog, it was possibly the most varied and active holiday I've ever been on.  I also managed to squeeze in a yoga class on the beach (yes that's the Pacific Ocean just behind the wall of fog!) and just look at that wonky tree pose, the teacher asked me to breathe in which made me laugh, as I'd eaten for Vancouver while I was over there and I was most certainly already breathing in before she took the photo!  It was a marvellous way to end my holiday though - yoga really is for everyone, can be done pretty much everywhere and can also be fun, if you don't take yourself too seriously that is...  which as you can see.... I don't.

I hope you've all had wonderful summer holidays with your families and friends too and have had your own mini adventures and stocked up your memory banks with silly moments and laughter.

If you're also feeling slightly frazzled and have earned yourself a little 'me' time - then read on xx

I personally love the idea of introducing more interesting and varied ‘plant-based’ meals into family life, but I don't quite know where to start and it needs to be relatively fuss free, so if like me you’d like to learn more about plant-based meals, then join us.

Max capacity of 16 and we only have 4 spaces left, so don't dilly dally - it promises to be fun, informative and delicious - what's not to love!  Book today to avoid missing out.

This event (when I find time to finalise it), will include: A brief history of Gin; Tastings – Autumn airings (oh yes, fancy pants tonics are also on the rise) & Supper - watch this space, I'll announce the date and venue via my Instagram account shortly, when normal business resumes!
