Down to Earth Retreat - Northern Ibiza

Have the summer holidays left you feeling a little frazzled and in need of some precious 'me time' - If you're seeking space and time to breathe a little deeper and stretch a little further in a wonderfully calm environment, this could be the perfect tonic.

Only a hop and a skip from Ibiza Airport, nestled among the hills leading to Portinatx in the far North of the Island, you will find ‘Ca Sa Vilda Marge’ – an agrotourismo filled with bohemian charm, an inviting pool and hidden terraces - the perfect location for this Gin & Yin Retreat.   Located in 15 hectares of orchards full of oranges & lemons (did someone say Gin?), along with a large well stocked vegetable garden, this authentic 400 year old Finca has been uniquely designed to combine modern comfort with authentic living and ensuites on every bedroom - this is the perfect place to help us relax and unplug for just a few days.

As always on 'my kind of retreat', you are at liberty to dip in and out of what’s on offer as much or as little as you like, there’s absolutely no obligation to take part in everything - the choice is yours.

Evening welcome 'Flow Yoga' session – by Jo Youle, JOGA BEATS  -  (Jo pairs her yoga with great music, which adds another dimension to her sessions – Jo is also a Podcaster (Reset Rebel Productions), ex-BBC journalist and DJ no less - all I can say is you’re for a treat)

Post-Joga sundowner G&T (well of course) followed by supper at Ca Sa Vilda Marge 

Friday 17th September

Grounding morning yoga session - (not too early, this is supposed to be relaxing remember)

A slow breakfast followed by a mini-wellness workshop (part 1)

Transfers to Ibiza Old Town for a light lunch and a spot of culture / retail therapy (optional)

Afternoon at your leisure to sunbathe; swim, indulge in a good book; write your journal or….  simply sleep x

Saturday 18th September

Guided sunrise hike 

Slow breakfast – followed by a mini wellness workshop (part 2)

Light lunch

Afternoon at your leisure

Afternooon Stretch & Flow Yoga session

Sunday 19th September

Final rejuevenating Yoga Flow session

Slow breakfast

Last dip in the pool; finish that final chapter, soak up the last few rays of sunshine and think about how you felt when you arrived v. how you feel now

Farewell light lunch – head home feeling relaxed, with hopefully more space between your shoulders and your ears, armed with some positive new intentions to take forward.

What’s Included:

3 nights’ accommodation in either a twin or double en-suite room; transfers to and from the airport (based on arriving and departing around the same times as the flights detailed below); 3 breakfasts; 2 lunches; 2 evening dinners; 4 yoga sessions; 1 guided walk / hike; 2 mini wellness workshops.

What’s Not Included:

Return flights to Ibiza.  Transfers and light lunch to Ibiza Old Town on Friday (optional); supper; drinks and transfers on Saturday night to Los Enamorados, along with any additional drinks or snacks taken at Ca Sa Vilda Marge.

What’s the Cost?

3 nights at £780pp based on 2 ladies sharing a premium en-suite twin room.  I also have 1 ‘simple twin’ with en-suite facilities at £700pp.  Or if you’re seeking a little privacy and space for yourself, I have 3 doubles available at £850 for single occupancy.  All rooms have en-suite facilities.

Covid Guidelines

As Ibiza is currently on the 'Amber' list, the Spanish government requires all arrivals to Spain from the UK to present on entry a pre-travel declaration form https://www.spth.gob.es (basic info) and one of the following: a negative COVID-19 test; or proof that you're double vaccinated via your NHS App which you just show at check-in.  If you're double vaccinated, there's no need to quarantine on arrival back into the UK, however, we will need to complete a remote test while we're there, we can do this in the comfort of the Finca for £29 - I can organise these.  You will also need to order a Day 2 test prior to travel, to be done when you're back home, these are around £43, I can suggest companies to use for this too if you like.  Yes, it's a little more faff, however, having just returned from Greece which is also on the 'Amber' list, it's still very much worth it in my opinion.  If you have any concerns about this whatsoever, please feel free to just ask me, as I appreciate it can seem overwhelming - hello@ginandyinretreats.com

How Can I Secure My Place?

As this retreat is only a few weeks away, full payment will be required on confirming your place.

Suggested Flights:

Some of us are booked onto the following flights, however, please feel free to book whichever flights are most convenient for you - Outbound: LGW - IBZ (BA 2724) Thu 016/09/2021 Dept 09:20 landing at 12:55 Ibiza - Return: IBZ - LHR (BA 0411) Sun 19/09/2021 18:15 IBZ landing at LHR 19:45.  Transfers around these flights times will included.  If you'd like to extend your stay as some of the ladies are doing to make the most of it, that's also fine too of course, however, sadly, your transfers won't be included.
