Join us as we welcome in Autumn in the stunning 18th-century landscaped gardens at Painshill Park.  The perfect place to disconnect to reconnect for a few hours and immerse ourselves in a ‘landscape inspired by art’ right in the heart of Cobham.  During this retreat, we’ll learn about the park’s history thanks to our knowledgeable park guide, plus, Kate Ray, the founder of ‘Guided Wellbeing’ and I will share our knowledge with you along the way about how to live well seasonally.

In addition to taking in the views and the beauty of our surroundings, we will also stop at various points of interest in the park to take notice and engage our senses in different ways including:

Mindful movement at the Gothic Temple

A sensory workshop at the Turkish Tent

A seasonal lunch and creative exercise at the Temple of Bacchus

After lunch we’ll continue our walk through the magical crystal grotto, before making our way to the Kitchen Garden, where we’ll learn how to make a seasonal berry syrup for you to take home.  Finally, we’ll end the day with a glass of Painshill’s very own ‘Kitchen Garden Gin’ along with a slice of homemade cake.  (Alternative non-alcoholic option also available).
